Spacious, comfortable family home behind the stone ramparts in this ancient and historic Med. seaport founded by the Greeks some 2500 BC 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus beautiful roof terrace complete this ideal holiday location in the heart of the old town. A few steps away from the Promenade, river and Canal du Midi. Restaurants, bars and cafe are all around you, suiting all tastes and pockets. All the shops and regular markets are only a few steps away so you don't need a car except if you choose to visit the many attractions around. The fabulous sandy Med. beaches are only 4 km and a shuttle bus runs throughout the day.

Agde is the 2nd. oldest city in France situated in the heart of the largest wine producing area in the world. Nearby Cap d`Agde is the largest holiday resort on the French Med. coast offering everything that the holiday maker could want. Every watersport, fishing and sailing pursuit is well catered for. Familly entertainment, theme parks, waterparks and amusements. Sophisticated night clubs and discos plus the largest naturist center in Europe. Agde is situated in the Lanuedoc region of France close to the World Heritage sites Canal du Midi, Avignan and the impressive fortified city of Carcassonne. You can visit the nearby Cathar castles and the National Park of Haute Languedoc. You may also visit Pont du Gard, Nimes, Montpellier and Perpignan. As well as the local wines, the area is noted for it`s fresh fish and sea food from the local lagoons. A gastronomic paradise. Reasonably priced local menus from about 14 euros for 3 courses.
