We are proud to offer this truly outstanding architect designed modern detached villa in the lovely resort of Cala San Vincente. The three beaches and all the amenities of the resort are within walking distance. The villa lives up to its name “Moderna” being designed, furnished and equipped throughout in a true modern style. There is very good all round privacy as the grounds are surrounded by a walls with raffia screening.

Cala San Vincente is one of the smaller, lesser known resorts on the island. The village itself is part of the municipal district of Pollensa on the north west coast of the island, approximately 62km north of the capital Palma and 5km north west of Pollensa old town. We are pleased to be able to offer a wide selection of private rental villas in Cala San Vincente. The scenery along most of the north west coast of Majorca is rugged and dramatic, and Cala San Vincente is no different. The resort has three beaches, Cala Barques is the largest and prettiest of the three, offering visitors the choice of a few small restaurants, bars and shops, and there's usually ample sun beds, beach umbrellas and pedaloes for hire. From Cala Barques there is a path around the rocky knoll to the tiny beach of Cala Clara. This beach being less than 100m from Cala Barques. Finally, the third beach called Cala Molins, further round the headland, is the most popular beach for bathers due to its fine sands.
