Immersed in the traditional Tuscan countryside, the tourist farm “Fattoria La Prugnola” with its apartments and cottages offers a quiet and relaxing holiday amidst woods and olive groves, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the Tuscan archipelago. Situated along the “wine road” of the “Costa degli Etruschi”, the farm is about 10 km from the sea, within easy reach of the famous beaches of this coastline, and it is an excellent point of departure for interesting sightseeing tours of historical Tuscany (Arezzo, Siena, Firenze, Lucca, Volterra, Pisa, San Giminiano etc). In the farm there is a private parking. Near the Fattoria La Prugnola there is a typical restaurant with a Tuscan menu which serves Montescudaio DOC wine, and our Extra Vergin Olive Oil. There is also a little camping, in case you have some friends want to visit you with a tent.

The apartment is on a fort floor. It has a private entrance. The stairs lead to a nice terrace with table and chairs for 4 persons with a big sunshade and a nice view that ranges from the valley to the sea. It is perfect for breakfasts and dinner. Downstairs it also has a private gazebo with a deckchair and another table with chairs. This apartment is composed of a double bedroom, bathroom and living room with day-bed and kitchenette with all the necessary (pots, dishes etc.), table with chairs, the sofa bed and 2 armchairs with a table. It has also a gas heating for spring and autumn. It is possible to rent the unit together with la Vinsantaia. So more people can come together, but can have their own privacy, too.
