Situated in a quiet hamlet close to the Canal d'Ille et Rance in Ille-et-Vilaine. Our 200 year old stoned 2 storey gite restored to an excellent standard while still retaining its French charm & character. It is set in a fully fenced extended orchard garden with swimming pool.Through the French windows, which open from both the kitchen & lounge rooms, there is a large, sunny, south facing, totally secured lawned area with garden furniture, barbeque & table tennis for your use. The orchard garden is an area where the more energetic may wish to play football or other games which may require more space. This area also contains a boules court where you can try out your skills of the local pastime. There is covered parking for 2 cars beside the gite. It is in an ideal position for you to take advantage of the pleasures & cultural richness of Ille-et-Vilaine. We are just 5 minutes from the main route linking the channel port of St Malo to Rennes-Brittany's historic & picturesque capital

A good time only mared by the rain

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Gite, only marred by the weather and rather cold eevenings.
The location is ideal for the north cost of Brittany and the glorious countryside including Dinan.
Facilities are very good.
Owner's Response: Sorry about the rain but I'm afraid that is beyond our control!! However the area provides an abundance of opportunities regardless of the climate. If the evenings prove cool we can supply logs ( for a small fee ) to burn on the open lounge fire.
