Beautifully appointed, South facing holiday haven offering sumptuous two bedroom accommodation with shared pool. Situated in the sleepy hillside village of Argaka, our apartment offers the ideal location for complete relaxation with the advantage of being only a 10 minute drive away from the more lively Polis and Latchi with it's beautiful harbour and many tavernas. Offering stunning views over the Akamas Peninsula. An ideal location for walking and cycling with a beautiful coastline and countryside to explore. Two small mini-markets and excellent tavernas are in the immediate neighbourhood with a large supermarket just 10 minutes drive away. Polis has everything the holiday-maker desires including tavernas, shops, banks, doctor/dentist, bike and car hire etc. There is a beautiful unspoilt sand/shingle beach at Argaka and a more 'touristy' beach at Latchi.

Our apartment is located in Argaka which is less than 10 minutes drive away from Polis and 15 minutes to Latchi. The main feature of Polis is the local square with many open air restaurants offering tantalizing home baked cuisine, cosy bars where thirsty travellers can sample locally made wines; souvenir shops, banks and jewellers. Ice cream parlours and tiny coffee shops are just a couple of the other delights on offer. Latchi is a picturesque fishing village situated just 2km West of Polis. The main focal point of Latchi is the fishing harbour with fishing boats bobbing gently on the clear waters weighed down with nets, wicker baskets and the catch of the day. Fresh fish can be sampled in one of the many small stone built tavernas surrounding the harbour; a popular eating place for the locals. Sun worshippers and beach lovers will appreciate the sandy and pebble beaches nestling along the coastline of Chrysochou Bay. Clear waters and gentle summer breezes await you!

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to occupation. If less than 8 weeks to occupation, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking. A refundable security deposit of £200 is held by our agent in the case of damages. This will be refunded subject to a satisfactory inventory and property inspection.
  • Our property is thoroughly cleaned before and after each visit. For stays of longer than one week we can provide a change of linens and towels for a small fee. For your convenience, our management company can provide a welcome pack of basic groceries for a small fee. Prices are based on 4 people sharing. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for extra guests.

Our management company will meet you at the apartment after you have settled in to give you essential information on the property and surrounding area. They also provide an emergency 24 hour contact number for your peace of mind during your stay. Our property is located on the ground floor directly opposite the large pool which, even in the height of summer is never busy or crowded. The pool has it's own changing rooms, toilets and showers and has a separate small pool suitable for small children. Our own private patio is wonderful for alfresco dining as the sun sets over the peninsula. Ideal for indulging in a glass of the locally produced wine while the kids enjoy a splash in the pool. We also have a private, underground parking area which keeps your vehicle cool in the heat of the summer.

Stayed in this apartment in October 08 and it was everything we'd hoped for and more. The apartment was spotless, ideally located and great value for money. We loved the area and took the opportunity to go cycling and walking. Our kids loved the pool and it was so close to the apartment we could keep our eye on them from the veranda. Carol from the management company was there to greet us and showed us how everything worked. This holiday home is ideal if you want the best of both worlds - the apartment complex is lovely and quiet but with Polis and Latchi being so close you can easily fill your holiday with the usual 'touristy' things. Highly recommended.
