1st floor, one bedroom well kept apartment with twin beds and double sofa bed in lounge (max 4 persons). English Sky satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle etc. Kitchen and bathroom refurbished in 2004. Right in the resort centre but in a quiet position just 2 mins from the beach, local shops, bars and restaurants in Playa Serena. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Complex has large swimming pol, childrens pool, pleasant gardens and bar/restaurant. Private car park. Special price for long stays in low season: 450 euros/month. Year bookings considered.
