With its unrivalled scenery, glorious beaches, abundant wildlife, numerous historical sites and a thriving arts community the St Just World Heritage Area offers an excellent holiday destination for those who want to discover the 'real' Cornwall.
St Just is the most westerly town in England, just 5 miles from Lands End and 7 miles from Penzance. It has everything you could want: a charming array of local shops, pubs and galleries that lead off from the main square. Two large festivals, Lafrowda and Feast Day bring lots of visitors to join in the processions and festivities.
A special local attraction is Cape Cornwall, England's only cape. Here there is a shingle beach with rock pools and swimming area. Nestled on top of the cliffs is a golf course, open to non-members, with indoor swimming pool, spa and restaurant. The views are truly dramatic.
Geevor Tin Mine, St Michaels Mount, Mousehole, The Minack open air theatre in Porthcurno and St Ives are all within easy reach.
