The villa offers all the luxury of home whether is be for a young family or golfing party. The property sleeps six with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is everything that you would expect to help you to relax and enjoy your stay including air conditioning/heating, TV, DVD player, stereo, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. You can relax and keep an eye on the children in the walled private garden or sunbathe in the grounds of the good sized communal pool. The pool has a separate area for children so that they can play safely and in summer months the water is like a bath. The property is well located for all the facilities that you would expect. The area is well served for supermarkets and shops. It is also within walking distance of the many bars and restaurants of the popular Cuidad Quesada.

The area is famous for its beautiful long beaches with their white sand. The nearest beaches of Guardama and La Mata are a ten minute drive away. You are only a short car ride away from some typically Spanish towns including Torrevieja, Guadamar del Segura, Elche, with one of Europe’s largest palm forests, Santa Pola, famous for its seafood, Alicante, an exciting Spanish city and Benidorm, which is only one hours drive away. There are many outstanding golf courses in the area including La Finca, Royal Campoamor, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa and Villa Martin where they have, in the past, held the Spanish Open. There is plenty in the area for the entertainment of all age groups. For the young at heart there are three water parks within easy reach, the zoo at Elche or the world famous Teramitica theme park.
