This executive Florida villa offers 1 King master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Spacious open living/dining floor plan offers additional space for family gatherings. The home offers a phone, cable TV, DVD player, air conditioning, screened pool, pool heater, double garage. BBQ, crib and high chair can be supplied on request. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook with dinette which seats 4 and the dining area has a table that will seat 6 comfortably. The kitchen also has a fridge freezer with ice maker, waste disposal outlet, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, linens provided, cookware and utensils provided. All crockery and glasses you will need with a host of other useful gadgets. The master bedroom consists of a King size bed, cable TV, walk-in closet and luxurious en-suite facilities. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share bathroom facilities, with spacious closets and quality furniture.

Just back from a lovely 2 weeks. Your villa was described accurately and it was only 15 minutes to the Disney parks.

Great location, Shops located nearby.

Very clean villa with air con.

The owner was most helpful throughout my planning process and wished us well for our journey.

I will be recommending the villa to friends and family.

Cannot wait to be back and will certainly be using this villa

If you are thinking of booking a villa for your Florida holiday you will not go far wrong with this one. With excellent rates it was just perfect for us,with a family of 5 there was plenty of space, and the pool area was excellent. The cleaniness was of a very high standard and with the location we could be parked up in Magic Kingdom in less than 20 minutes. The key pick up and drop off was easy and on the way to and from the airport.
It will the first villa we look at if we decide to go again.
Well Recommended.

We had a wonderful time staying in your villa - I have stayed before but this time I took the whole family back (including children and the grandparents), everything was perfect for us. We absolutely loved it - very homely and comfortable for all. The pool was a big hit with the girls; mum loved all the kitchen appliances. The location is perfect for the I4 to get to all the attractions and the villa was quiet to come back to for a rest. We will definitely be back. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.
