This is a fantastic house for family or friends to rent. It is set in a huge garden with lots of parking and plenty of outside and inside space. The house has four large bedrooms - two doubles and two triples. We have stayed here before with eight people and it felt very comfortable, with plenty of space. It was renovated in 2005 to a high standard - lovely new kitchen, with all mod cons. The kitchen is large and has a large wooden table and eight chairs (extra chairs available for up to 10 people). It has lovely wooden parquet floors throughout much of the house, and is very cosy (good heating system!). The house is in a very quiet, rural area and is very peaceful. It is, however, very close to the town of Scaer (5 min drive) which has two supermarkets and many restaurants and shops. Quimper, Concarneau, Pont Aven, and numerous beaches are also within a 25 minute drive. Here you will find a peaceful country setting within reach of many tourist destinations.

The Moulin de Kerandreau is in a quiet, rural location. The house is around two hundred metres set back from a quiet road, and has its own private garden with lots of space for children to run around, as well as parking for several vehicles. The property is in a very quiet place but if you drive for roughly 5 km you will be in Scaer, the bustling local town with all amenities. It is approximately 20 miles from nearby beaches and near many attractions, including the beautiful cities of Pont Aven, Benodet and Quimper. Quimper is famous for its painted pottery or 'Faiences'. Located approximately one hour and fifteen minutes from Roscoff ferry port, two hours from St Malo, four hours from Cherbourg.
