Checking in 10.45am – 5.45pm Please call us from the 'Willesden Green' tube station for your free pick up. Late Arrivals Pre arranged or if you are delayed and arrive after 5.45pm, we will email your address and details of how to check in. (£25 charge) If you know you will be arriving late please let us know. Payment Total monies will need to be paid in advance at check in. Don't trust this picture. These apartments are randomly selected within a 4 story apt building on Inverness Terrace street, which is one street over from Queensway, just next to Hyde park. The whole building is very noisy, you can hear your neighbors and doors slamming constantly. Also there was a constant tapping from the roof or other units above. Can't believe how expensive this place is for what you get, however all of London is expensive. Cleanliness was mediocre. They don't give you any toiletries so bring your own soap. And their bath towels are like hand towels. Staff members are very nice and as accomodating as they can be. No phones. Free DVD movie rentals are a plus. I am not sure I would stay here again.

Dear all,

based on the pictures on this website we thought we were getting a nice holliday appartment. Instead we got a moldy, smelly and very dirte holiday appartment. The whole appartment smelt moldy and the company had tried to hide this with an electric rose "air" freshner. Everything moldy, the bathroom in particular, but also the bed . It was horrible. We ended up paying quite alot of money for our stay, but we had hoped to save some money by being able to cook food in the kitchen. The kithchen was however so dirty that this was simply not an option. The towl and toilet paper handles were falling of the wall constantly, and the area was very noisy with air planes flying over the appartment at nights and the police driving by constantly with sirenes. I will never my self use them again and recommend everyone else not to use this company.

Great Location for First Time or Seasoned Visitors

An excellent location to Willesden Green Tube Station, this was perfect for my sister and my first visit overseas. The description of our studio was accurate right down to the walking distance to the Tube. The Studio was very modern in its functions and design. The owner and our booking agent were very welcoming, customer service was outstanding. I would and have recommended this property to friends and family. We were able to see all of Central London, England, and Edinburgh due to the convenience of the location. At the end of the day, it was nice leave the streets of Central London. No hotel lobby, business atmosphere, the buzzing of Holiday Makers, etc., just quiet and personal space all around. It was like coming home after an exhausting and thrilling days outing.
