Lovely modern two bedroom unit in Vilamoura. This fully air conditioned apartment is spacious and overlooks an enormous garden area and communal swimming pool. For kiddies there is lovely play area complete with slides, swings, see-saw,etc. The terrace stretches the length of the apartment and is ideal for alfresco dining or just relaxing on the sun loungers reading your favourite book whilst soaking up the sun. For the more energetic there is a tennis court on site where you could enjoy a 'few sets' after which you can take a 'dip' in the pool before having some refreshments on the patio.In the evenings the vibrant nightlife of the Vilamoura Marina awaits you - the Marina is approximately 3km from the apartment. For those who like the beach - Vilamoura has two great beaches (Praia da Marina & Praia da Falesia) both of which are about 3km from the apartment. Golfers are spoilt for choice with five top class courses literally on your 'doorstep'

Additional information about rental rates

  • Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges.
    Clients must provide their own beach towels.
    Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 18 € and 10 € per week, you must ask for them before arriving.
    Your accommodation is reserved from 5.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 12.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
  • Apartments are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.
    The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.
    Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
    We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.
  • Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:
    -Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be in writing
    Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows:
    Up to 9 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit
    7 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost
    5 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost
    4 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of total cost
    An administration fee will be charged on all refunds
    A refundable damage deposit of 200 €, is payable in cash upon your arrival. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return provided there is no damage to the property.

Watersports: Swimming on site. There is a huge selection of watersports which include: para-sailing, jet-ski hire, private charters, deep sea fishing, sunset cruises, dolphin searching all of which are in close proximity.

Other activities: Tennis - on site. For a great day´s familly entertainment why not visit any one of the water theme parks in the area. These include Aqua Show, Zoomarine, Slide& Splash. For those adrenalin seekers then go-kart racing is a great form of entertainment - Almancil go- kart circuit is 10 minute by car

Golf: Golfers are spoilt for choice with five top class courses literally on your doorstep.

A great apartment for the family

A light, airy and well maintained apartment with all the home comforts you need - even a travel cot for the baby.

The terrace looks over the pool so we could keep a close eye on the children as they played.

Everything we needed was just 5 minutes in the car. The beaches are child friendly and very clean with a great choice of restaurants in Vilamoura.

I have recommended this to my dad who is a keen golfer as the apartment is at the centre of at least five excellent golf courses.

There was a 24 hour number we could call if there were any problems and lots of information inside the apartment letting us know about all the attractions and facilities.

A relaxing holiday - with or without the kids!

This property didn't disappoint. Excellent facilities and a well maintained apartment. The outdoor pool is great, expecially for the kids. The indoor pool is a bonus, especially if you want to keep up with the training from back home.

The location is good for day time and night time as beach and night life is only a 5 minute drive away.

I'd definately be recommending this complex to friends and family!
