New top quality two bedroom Penthouse apartment which has amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean and cliff sides which are so typical in the Algarve.Situated in a private complex this penthouse has access to a communal pool with jacuzzi. A short stroll and you will be at the Porto Mos with its long stretches of golden sand - after a day at the beach enjoy some refreshments, dinner, light meals or sun downers at the beach restaurant.Or alternatively back at the penthouse you can enjoy a BBQ on the patio whilst enjoying the sunset. In the evenings take a short drive (5-10 min) to the OLD TOWN of Lagos where you can enjoy a meal at any of the many restaurants, some refreshments at the various theme bars and then experience the vibrant nightlife that Lagos has to offer. Other activities would include any of the watersports on offer at the Lagos Marina - para-sailing, deep sea fishing, scuba diving,dolphin searching to name but a few.

Porto do Mos is located on the western Algarve a short drive from the Old Town of Lagos. The Marina of Lagos is close by and here you can choose from a huge selection of watersports which include para-sailing, jet ski hire, private charters, dolphin searching, sunset cruises or just relax at one of the many restaurants or cafes and watch the 'world go by 'The area of Lagos has the benefit of mixing old with new (Old Town - with is cobbled streets and vibrant nightlife) or the modern Marina (with it´s state of the art yachts and other luxury ocean going vessels).

Additional information about rental rates

  • Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges.
    Clients must provide their own beach towels.
    Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 18 € and 10 € per week, you must ask for them before arriving.
    Your accommodation is reserved from 5.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 12.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
  • Apartments are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.
    The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.
    Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
    We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.
  • Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:
    -Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be in writing
    Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows:
    Up to 9 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit
    7 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost
    5 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost
    4 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of total cost
    An administration fee will be charged on all refunds
    A refundable damage deposit of 200 € is payable in cash upon your arrival. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return provided there is no damage to the property.
