18th century chateau set in 56 hectares of grounds with fantastic views over the Dordogne valleys. It is situated in Saint German de Belvès close to St Cyprien (7km) and Sarlat (20km). The chateau and tranquil grounds are extremely well preserved and surrounded by beautiful trees. The grounds are divided into a park with a large swimming pool, meadows and forests which offer wonderful walks. This is a classic 18th century chateau built for an aristocratic 'gentilhomme'. The Chateau comfortably sleeps 12 and a baby. There are 6 bedrooms in total (five double rooms and one with 2 single beds). There are 2 baby cots and 2 further spare beds. In addition there is a separate ‘Pigeonnier’ which is more a romantic hideaway with one bedroom and only cold water, and it can accommodate two people.

Nearest Airport: Bergerac at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Bordeaux TGV at 100 Kilometres
The chateau is in Saint German de Belvès, close to St Cyprien (7km) and Sarlat (20km). Local activities include an 18 hole golf course 1 km away, tennis courts (4km), river (4km) suitable for canoeing, rafting, kayaking and fishing. Wine tastings and restaurants are great locally, wine tasting in Montbazillac, Bergerac and vins du pays de Domme are always popular. Further activities include horse riding, hiking, paragliding, parachuting, and general sight seeing. There are a number of museums in Sarfalt, Grottes de Lascaux, and there are various famous chateaux to visit such as Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, ‘Festival de Theatre et de musique’ in Sarlat. The closest town is Siorac (4 km) with all restaurants, weekly markets and supermarkets.
