Centrally located within walking distance of amenities including shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The Old Town with its narrow cobbled streets and quaint shops is not far from the apartment. Albufeira has a good selection of beaches from which to choose all of which are in close proximity. Golfers are spoilt for choice with 8 top class courses all within a 15-20 minute drive. The 9-hole course at Balaia is within walking distance. Every second Tuesday there is the local market where you can purchase almost anything from local delicacies to clothing. For the kiddies there is miniature golf and play area at the Corcovada Club which also has a snack bar serving light meals and refreshments all day long. On site there is a Concierge service where you can book day trips to the water parks, Jeep safaris, sunset cruises,etc. This location is ideal for guests who would just like to relax in the sun or for the more adventurous who like exploring the region.

  • WE OFFER A PRICE GUARANTEE TO BETTER THE LOWEST PRICE OF ANY EQUIVALENT APARTMENT ON THIS DEVELOPMENT. ALL ENQUIRIES ARE WELCOME. This offer is subject to receiving written proof of the comparative offer. The owner reserves the right to accept or decline the proposed offer.
    Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges.
    Clients must provide their own beach towels.
    Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 18 € and 10 € per week, you must ask for them before arriving.
    Your accommodation is reserved from 2.30 pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 10.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
  • Apartments are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.
    The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 30%.
    Final payments must be received 9 weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be canceled and our cancellation terms imposed.
    We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.
  • Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. There will be no refunds for cancellations
    A refundable damage deposit of 200 €, is payable in cash upon your arrival. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return provided there is no damage to the property.
