Other features include air conditioning, heated swimming pool with slide, covered terraces, hot tub, and covered BBQ area with gas and charcoal. The Villa has a pool table,table tennis table, and separate boule court. Safety fencing around the pool area is ideal for young children. Ideal for Golfers with the Penina Golf Course and the Morgado do Reguengo both within 5 kms. The cottage has its own pool and can be rented separately from the main house.

Local Area: The fabulous Monchique is in full view and a short distance away. The foothills provide opportunities for walking cycling and nature rambles

Formula one: The new race track has opened providing testing for formula one racing, super bike racing, a technology park and use of the track for cart racing the race track is 4miles to the west and easily accessible by local road or via the motorway

Golf: Golfing possibilities abound in the immediate vicinity Penina championship course with its 3 courses is 5 mins. Others within 10 min drive are Palmares, Alto and Pinta.
