Ampelitis Villa is located on the beautiful Wine-Route Vouni-Panagia in Ampelitis Village (Statos Agios Fotios) and is the only private accommodation available in Cyprus with indoor heated pool. Due to central heating and indoor pool the property is suitable for rentals whole year around. Cosy in cooler month and cool and fresh in hot summer month. The accommodation facilities can be rented either as main house with 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms for 2-8 persons together with 1 or 2 identical studios for 2-4 persons each or just the main house. The whole complex can accommodate maximum 16 persons. The two studios are located in an annex connecting the main house with the indoor pool. Instead of building just another villa the owner has tried to meet the needs of families with children, elderly clients and as well clients with handicap. Distance to Pafos and Pafos Airport: 20 min drive.

The main house downstairs comprises of: one bedroom and bathroom with wider door opening and drive in shower, designed for clients with special needs or elderly people. A fully equipped kitchen, sitting room with fire-place, TV/DVD/Playstation 2, an open plan dining area with patio doors leading to the yard with BBQ-Area and overlooking the heated indoor pool. An open staircase leads to the upper floor with en-suite master bedroom and another two medium sized bedrooms sharing one family bathroom. From the master bedroom and the double bedroom you have direct access to the two big roof verandas with fantastic views to mountains, sea and the village. In the utility room you will find a washing machine, iron- and board.

Ampelitis Villa is located in Statos - Agios Fotios a beautiful hillside village near Panagia, 30KM, about 20 min drive from Pafos Airport and Paphos town with its beaches, shops, restaurants and nightlife. Nearby there are some of the most famous wineries. The monastery Agia Moni and Chryssorogiatissa Monastery are only 5-10 minutes drive. The area around the village is perfect for cycling, walking and bird-watching.

Notes: Villa Ampeliti will suit clients who want to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday and to explore the traditional cypriot village life. Its away from it all but within easy striking distance to Pafos. Statos - Agios Fotios is a beautiful hillside village near to many places of interest such as Agia Moni or Chryssorogiatissa Monastery, Panagia Village - birthplace of archbishop Makarios, the Troodos Mountains, Tsada Golf Course as well as plenty of local wineries. In the village you will find two little supermarkets, post office, coffee-shop, butchers and a little restaurant nearby. The garden of villa Ampeliti with its fruit trees, herbs and vegetables are for use of clients in the property. The play-area outside, box of toys in the house, cot/highchair and baby-equipment on request will suit families with children. For clients will special needs toilet and shower chairs as well as a pool lift are available upon request.

At first we must congratulate the Nic and Nicole for the excellent service provided
We stayed in the main house and we really feld comfortable. The children didn't want to come out of the pool. It was nice to be able to have a swim in the warm pool knowing that outside the temperture was very low in mid March. In the morning we enjoyed the beautiful views and we had nice long walks around the village.
We'll definately see you again.
