Ampelitis Villa is located on the beautiful Wine-Route Vouni-Panagia in Ampelitis Village (Statos Agios Fotios) and is the only private accommodation available in Cyprus with indoor heated pool. Due to central heating and indoor pool the property is suitable for rentals whole year around. Cosy in cooler month and cool and fresh in hot summer month. The accommodation facilities can be rented either as main house with 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms for 2-8 persons together with 1 or 2 identical studios for 2-4 persons each or just the main house. The whole complex can accommodate maximum 16 persons. The two studios are located in an annex connecting the main house with the indoor pool. Instead of building just another villa the owner has tried to meet the needs of families with children, elderly clients and as well clients with handicap. Distance to Pafos and Pafos Airport: 20 min drive.

The annex consists of two identical studios which benefit from private verandas at the backside of the property and a separate, private entrance. The studios can be rented in combination with the main house. Downstairs is a bathroom, little kitchenette with cooker with two hobs, microwave and fridge. The open living room consists of a sleeping sofa and foldable dining table with 4 chairs. LCD TV and DVD are provided. Wider door openings and the specially designed bathroom with drive-in shower will suit clients with special needs or elderly people. Upstairs on the mezzanine is another double bed and fitted wardrobes.

Nearby there are some of the most famous wineries. The monastery Agia Moni and Chryssorogiatissa Monastery are only 5-10 minutes drive. The area around the village is perfect for cycling, walking and bird-watching.
