Finca La Bonita is situated only 1 km outside of the nice and well known village Sineu in the centre of Majorca. The beautiful and complex restored house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room with dining area as well as a nice terrace with views into the garden and the village. The house in the centre of Majorca is ideal as a basement for any trip around the island. Sineu has a beautiful public pool with tennis court and bar. Also a bunch of restaurants and bars invite to stay and enjoy your vacations. Just leave the car parked and take a walk into the village. It will take you 5 Minutes.

Sineu, is one of the original villages where the former king has had his residence. It’s a perfect base for excursions all over the island. It is situated in the centre more or less 30 min. to any spot on the coast or to Palma and the Airport. The village has various supermarkets, pharmacies, a lot of bars and restaurants as well as several typical Majorcan cellars. Market day is Wednesday. Next bigger towns are Inca and Manacor, both also reachable by train. The train connects Palma with Manacor. Have a nice sightseeing trip.

Ruhe, Erholung, Erlebnis und Wohlfühlen

Wir haben einen wunderschönen, ruhigen, erholsamen aber doch erlebnisreichen Urlaub in der Finca La Bonita verlebt. Trotz der gemütlichen und geschmackvollen Einrichtung des Ferienhauses, haben wir doch die meiste Zeit draussen auf der Terasse verbracht und haben besonders die warmen Augustnächte genossen.

Das Ferienhaus ist besser und schöner als in der zurückhaltenden Beschreibung angedeutet. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und hochwertig in jeder Beziehung (Geschirr, Kochtöpfe, Handtücher, Betten, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, usw.). Die gesamte Ausstattung ließ bei uns gleich ein Gefühl des zu Hause seins aufkommen.

Von Sineu aus haben wir die ganze Insel jeweils per Tagesausflug erkunden können ohne zu viel Zeit im Auto verbringen zu müssen. Ideal wenn man Abwechslung liebt und auch verschiedene Strände und Orte kennenlernen möchte.

Die Finca könnte ja ganz nett sein, Leider war zu unserer Zeit der Kühlschrank defekt, da kann man sich ja gleich ein Hotel buchen.
Dazu kam noch, daß der" liebe Nachbar", direkt an unsererTerasse eine große Voliere mit allerlei Vögeln hat ( leider keine Singvögel) !
Mehr so die Mischung zwischen Lauchtauben und Finken. Die einem nach kurzer Zeit den Nerv rauben !!!
Owner's Response: Liebe Gäste, der Kühlschrank ist ein großes und modernes Gerät in Edelstahloptik. Nachdem uns die Gäste informiert hatten, daß er nicht richtig kühlt kam bereits am nächsten Tag der Techniker! Schneller ging es nicht und so etwas kann leider immer mal passieren. Die Vogelvoliere steht auf dem Nachbargrundstück, hat circa einen Meter Durchmesser und wurde bisher von keinem Gast als Störend empfunden, ehr im Gegenteil als romantisch oder schön bewertet! Es gibt dort nur wenige kleinere Vögel - keine schreienden Papageien oder ähnliche lauten Tiere. Wir können nur auf die ansonsten positiven Bewertungen verweisen.

Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Finca für max. 4 Personen mit hervorragender Ausstattung, mit sehr schönem Blick auf Sineu und sehr kurzen Wegen ins Dorf. Die Finca können wir ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Unbedingt sollte man Pizza und Pasta im Restaurant "Tomassini" probieren!

Die Abwicklung bei der Buchung im Vorfeld und die Betreuung vor Ort war wie immer super und alles verlief völlig problemlos. Die Flasche Wein und das Wasser am ersten Abend eine sehr liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit!
