Beautiful newly built 2 bed apartment located a mere 20 minutes from the airport. It is located in the Universal residential area of Paphos so is close to all amenities but peaceful and quiet. The rental is perfect for a family rental or 4 adults and comprises of open plan kitchen and living space, master bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom with twin beds and a main bathroom. All rooms overlook the pool as does the balcony. Pets are welcome. It is located close to Kato Paphos, the main town which is bustling with clubs, bars, restaurants and shops to suit all pockets and tastes. There are many 'high-end' shops and restaurants here as well. The harbour is the hub of the town and this is where the many boat trips,excursions and watersports all originate from. Truly a very cosmopolitan town. Not only that but the island is steeped in history and well worth exploring as its idyllic. The season is a long one from March to end of October and the weather warm and sunny.

Nearest Airport: Paphos at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 2.0 Metres
Cyprus is steeped in history and contains many places of historical interest to visit. The harbour area of Kato Paphos is where most of the excursions, boat trips and watersports originate from. There are clubs, bars and restaurants to suit all pockets and tastes here, a truly cosmopolitan area of the island. A rental car would be advisable if you want to see more of the island but is not necessary otherwise as transport links are good and the apartment is located a mere 10 minute wal from the town centre. As it is an out of centre location it is peaceful and tranquil...This is a big plus!
