It is an hour’s drive from both Alicante and Valencia. The apartment is equipped to the highest standard with everything a family will need for a fantastic holiday. The elegant 3 bedroom apartment is perfectly located in the hills above Pego but close to the superb beaches of Denia. Apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large private terrace area, lounge/dining area, fitted equipped kitchen, utility room, reserved parking and lift all within a secure complex with an outdoor and indoor pool. Facilities include a sauna, spa, Turkish bath and gym. Next door at the Bella Vista resort you’ll find a fantastic restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

  • We can hold a booking for upto 48 hours while you book flights etc. Please send us an e mail and wait for our confirmation. Please specify the apartment number, dates and your name. We will block out the dates on the Availability Chart. If you do not re-confirm within 48 hours we will put the apartment back on sale.

    Your booking is confirmed when we receive a deposit of 20% of the value of the booking plus a EUR 200 Refundable Security Deposit. The final payment is due 8 weeks before arrival. Payments can be made by direct bank transfer in Euros. We can accept payment is GB Pounds, but please contact us for an exchange rate prior to making payment. We charge a EUR 200 Refundable Security Deposit which will be returned to your bank within 14 days of vacating the property provided there is no damage.
