Welcome to our manoir, on a small country estate that's flexible to suit your group, family or party, for breaks, holidays or special occasions. 4* accommodation that can be catered or self-serviced, our level of involvement is up to you. Whichever way you choose to visit us, the privacy and comfort of this unique French countryside retreat and its facilities are yours to enjoy. The property is a recently restored early 18thC brick and flint farmhouse and stables with oak beamed ceilings throughout. It is just under 2hrs drive from Calais/Boulogne. The manoir (5 bedrooms), chapel (1 bedroom) and converted barn (3 bedrooms) are available together for exclusive hire for groups up to 18. A 12x6m heated pool is available April-October. Other facilities on the 8.5 acre estate include croquet, table tennis, volleyball, swings and bikes.

Nearest Ferry: Dieppe and Calais at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Rouen at 25 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 30.0 Kilometres
Forest d'Eawy, one of the largest sustainable forests in Europe, has numbers of wild boar, deer, badgers, red squirrel, buzzards and flora to interest. These are unlikely to be spotted in full daylight (try dawn or dusk, in silence, with plenty of patience), visit Cleres Zoological Park for guaranteed sightings. Riding and pony trekking can be arranged at the excellent stables in St. Saens. The area was home to the V1 rocket project during World War II. The headquarters were at the nearby Chateau de Bosmelet with its award winning garden. It's just one of many gardens, historical sites and Chateaux to visit in the area.The 18 hole St Saens golf course is five minutes away by car, it rambles over a river valley and forested hillside surrounding the chateau clubhouse, membership is not required. Nearby Rouen and Dieppe both have large commercial centres with great shopping opportunities. Paris, Eurodisney and the World War II Normandy landing beaches are within a couple of hours

    We are more than happy to cater for any special occasion, we do this inside the main house or at the barbeque, we shop, we cook then we wash up and leave our guests to it. Menus are 37.50 euros for four courses including carefully chosen wines from our cellar, we use as much fresh organic local produce as available and are open for discussion about menus.   • There are three buildings available for rent on the property: the main house, the chapel and the barn totalling 18 beds (in 9 bedrooms) all with en-suite bathrooms. The Manoir: can sleep ten people in three twin bedded rooms and two doubles all with individual bath or shower rooms. There is a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and halls (ideal for golf clubs). The house is 18th century but constructed using beams and materials from the 17th century chateau, the original estate is mentioned as far back as the 12th century. There are south facing terraces with wooden furniture in a secluded garden and plenty of parking space. The Little Barn: has three twin bedded rooms with shower rooms and is ideal for a family and as an annexe to the main house. There is a sitting room, fully fitted kitchen and a south facing wooden sun deck with stunning views and private parking.
