33 Orestiada Valley was completed in Oct 2007 and is in the resort of Pernera on the East coast of Cyprus. The centre of Pernera with bars, restaurants and all necessary amenities is a 10 minute walk away, and the beach is a 10 minute walk away, with water sports and boat trips available. The villa is next to a 2000SqM landscaped 'green area' and close to the Golden Coast Hotel for anyone attending weddings there. The villa is fully equipped with air con in the bedrooms and lounge. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, with the master bedroom benefiting from patio doors leading onto a small balcony. The lounge includes a TV, satellite, DVD player and a mini Hi-Fi system with an USB plug for your MP3 player. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Outside there is a patio area with table, chairs and a parasol. A gas barbecue is provided for cooking in the lovely warm evenings. There's also the private pool and 4 sun loungers to get that all important tan.

Pernera is a peaceful town on the East coast of Cyprus, which has developed into a mini resort all of its own, with a fantastic horseshoe shaped beach and a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Pernera is the ideal resort for families and couples with many lively bars and restaurants, serving food from around the world from traditional Cyprus mezes to Mexican, Italian, Chinese and Indian to name a few. It has all necessary amenities so a car isn't a necessity. A variety of water sports and boat trips are available from the beach and fishing harbour. A small family water park is on the outskirts of Pernera. Protaras is next to Pernera and offers some 300+ bars, restaurants and shops, Fig Tree Bay, which stretches for over 10 miles of sandy beaches, the Magic Dancing Waters show and 2 mini-golf parks. For those wishing to pick up the pace, the lively resort of Ayia Napa is a short 10 min drive away and is home to the largest themed water park in Europe. Bus/taxis available.

    Long term winter/spring rentals welcome at reduced rates, please contact us with your requirements.
  • Flexible on arrival days, please contact us with your requirements. The villa available for occupancy by 3pm on the arrival date and needs to be vacated by 11am on departure date.

    A 20% (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Additionally a separate security deposit cheque for £150 (refundable) to cover any breakages will be required along with payment of the balance.

    This is a non-smoking villa and pets are not allowed.
  • Please note: We do not accept bookings for all male or all female parties. The villa is for family/couples accommodation only. We reserve the right to refuse access on arrival in the event that a booking of this nature has been made and not disclosed.

Holiday at Orestiada valley

What can I say. A great time was had by all at Mike's and Debbie's villa (Orestiada valley villa). When we finally landed and reached the villa we were greeted by a well equipped and fantastic looking villa.

All rooms were spacious and easily accessible even for my friend who has mobility problems.

The fridge was well stocked with snacks, beer and wine, for late arrivals (like us) . The pool was a great place to chill out for the first evening.

Protaras is a great place to chill out and is equipped with mini markets, restaurants and bars which are all 5 mins walk from the villa. Very handy.

For a more livelier evening Pernera is a 10 minute walk along the newly built sea walkway which is well lit when the sun goes down.

Altogether we had a great stay. This is our first time in Cyprus and Mike and Debbie's villa made it a very memorable one. We will be back and hope we can get this villa again.

Have just returned from a 2 week stay at the villa, first impressions were of a very clean and spacious villa, during the course of the stay we noticed just how much thought has gone into this villa - it is extremely well equipped, like a home from home, anything you require will have already been thought of, and will be there somewhere in the villa.
There was a welcome pack provided on arrival which is very much appreciated, as it saves any rush to buy basics the minute you get there.
We had a transfer to the villa from our meet and greet Derek, and the price for this was very reasonable.
The villa is located just a short walk away from the beach, and has a choice of shops close by.
Having been on mainly villa holidays previously, I can say without a doubt this has been the best villa in which we have stayed.
