Stay in our spacious, upgraded 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa near Disney in the ever popular gated Westridge community. Our villa sleeps up to 10 people, has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 master King with luxury bathroom (walk in oversized shower and large garden bath with seperate WC and walk in wardrobe), 1 master Queen with full bathroom (shower over bath) and 2 twin rooms sharing another full bathroom (shower over bath) that also opens onto the sunny pool area. The villa has 2 seperate family rooms, 1 having the kitchen and breakfast seating nook & the 2nd with a full dining area. We have free fast WiFi internet access so bring your laptop. The games room has a large professional pool table and kids darts board. The main family room has a flat screen TV with 100's of channels, all bedrooms also have TV, 1 twin has a DVD player and the other a Playstation 2. International phone calls (US, Canada, UK, Europe) are included. The heated pool is South facing to enjoy the sun from dawn to dusk.

We are located approximately 45 minutes from Orlando International airport, 90 minutes from Sanford Orlando airport and approx 70 minutes from Tampa International airport. Located on the popular gated community of Westridge, off US Highway 27, the villa is conveniently located for Disney, Universal Studios, Seaworld etc. Busch Gardens and Cypress Gardens are also easily reached from here. There are numerous championship golf courses, all located nearby. Kissimmee and International Drive are a short drive away and offer lots of dining and entertainment opportunities. The nearest supermarket is a 2 min drive as are restaurants, bars and takeaways etc.

  • WE ACCEPT PAYMENT IN UK POUNDS AND US DOLLARS (PLEASE USE CONVERTER FOR APPROXIMATE AMOUNT IN US DOLLARS). Pool Heat extra £70.00 / $110 (recommended for cooler periods October to April) Rates are inclusive of all taxes and check out cleaning (a cleaning charge will apply for bookings of 6 nights or less). A deposit of £125.00 / $200 per week is required with the completed booking form, the balance will be required 8 weeks before departure along with a refundable security deposit. We accept Paypal as a payment option for an added 3% fee.
  • Our villa offers a comprehensive vacation package, like a home from home. Our tariffs are very competitive and the villa is highly maintained and cleaned. We want you to enjoy your vacation in the house just as we do when we visit ourselves.
