From its elevated position in a peaceful residential area on the side of a hill, the split-level house (Visit Britain 4 star rating) has uninterrupted views of the sea and Mousehole village, and yet is less than 300 metres away from the harbour and its beaches. It is well-appointed and offers comfortable accommodation for 6 people in 1 twin and 2 double bedrooms, with shower room, bathroom, modern kitchen and laundry room. The south facing living room is light, warm and sunny; during the winter months you can relax in the glow of the wood burning stove while looking out at a wild and stormy sea or, at Christmas time, at the spectacular Mousehole lights. Outside there is parking and an enclosed garden with lawn and terrace. Mousehole is an ideal location from which to explore the Penwith Peninsular with its coves, beaches and dramatic granite cliffs, as well as moorland where you will find prehistoric sites and derelict tin mines.

    The changeover day is Friday, arrival from 3 pm, departure by 10 am; this can be flexible out of season.

    A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking with full payment 8 weeks prior to holiday commencement.

    Cancellation:
    If the booking is cancelled up to 2 months before departure the deposit is returnable.
    If cancellation is within 2 months of the letting date the full rent is payable unless I can re-let.
  • The rent includes bed linen (not towels) and electricity. It also includes wood for the stove between the months of October and April.
