Disappointing

We stayed here for a week and sadly we were disapointed, the photo on the website makes the apartment look as though it is overlooking the pool, it is not, infact it overlooks a large hotel and a road. The kitchen area is very small which was not a problem, however on moving the tray that covered the hob it was not clean, something had been spilled and not cleaned up. There was only one crockery bowl...considering this apartment is meant to sleep 4...it was not a problem for us...but for other people it might be.The fridge no matter how high it was turned up would not really keep things cold...you could not have made ice cubes in it!! The only mirror was in the bathroom....so you would have to plug your hairdryer in there..which i would not feel safe to do so, so i relied on a hand held mirror which was quite tricky. The front door handle comes off in your hand...the owner told us this but said he had not had time to fix it. The shower in the bathroom was very tricky to use, you had to have it at an angle so you didnt flood everywhere, so when washing your hair you had to lean against the wall!! The towels provided were very small and hardly wrapped around myself...i am only 5ft 4 and size 10...so my husband found it uncomfortable. Overall it is a very small apartment and i would feel that for 4 adults to stay there would be very cramped.
On the plus side it is very nicely located,the pool is lovely and the owners left a bottle of wine as a nice welcome touch.

As stated in the advert the apartment is only suitable for 2 adults and 2 children . It is totally unsuitable for 4 adults.
The kitchen is well-equipped with crockery and cutlery (including 4 small bowls and 1 large bowl).
The kitchen is small but plenty large enough to prepare your holiday meals.
The apartments size in square metres is displayed clearly.
The back terrace does overlook a hotel but it is one of Ibiza's best 5 Star hotels.
Unfortunately here in Spain the hairdryer socket is always by the side of the bathroom mirror - you will even find this in a hotel.
You are supplied with very plush full size bath towels brought over from the UK.
The door handle was fully repaired, the reviewer was partially correct it was loose but there are 3 other security locks, it was only the handle to pull open the door not to lock the door.
If you have a problem when staying here we will always have time to put it right. You will have our mobile number to call us as did the reviewer - unfortunately they didn't use it.
I hope this helps put your mind at rest over the above review. The apartment is as advertised.
