Discover unspoilt Mallorca. Our villa is a traditional country house completed 4 years ago, furnished in a luxurious contemporary style. The villa has a private 14m x 7m infinity pool with large terraces. Around the villa are open and covered terraces with outside dining furniture, seating, table tennis and a large gas Weber BBQ. The plot is 4 acres with palm, pine trees, pistachio bushes and lawns around the terraces to the pool. From the pool you can see for over 20km to the mountains. The local port of Colonia Sant Jordi (4km) has a string of attractive beaches. Ses Salines (2km) has good restaurants including Manola, famous fish restaurant. The vibrant city of Palma is 42km (35mins). Bicycles can be hired locally and sport and water activities can be found in Cala D'Or which is 20 mins away. The villa is perfect for a family holiday in a peaceful country setting with everything needed nearby.

One of the best preserved beaches in the Balearics, Es Trenc which is 3.5k long, can be reached by car in 5 minutes and can easily be cycled to. The beach of Es Trenc is a protected area listed in the catalogue of Natural Areas of Special Interest. The salty wet lands behind the beach is host to a great wealth of waterbirds both migratory and domestic. There are also many attractive coves such as Cala Llombards, Mondrago and Cala Santanyi all approx 20 mins away by car. The local port of Colonia Sant Jordi (4km) has a string of attractive beaches, restaurants and bars. Ses Salines (2km) has good restaurants including Manola, famous fish restaurant. Dieses Haus befindet sich abseits vom Tourismus in einer sehr ruhigen Villenlage auf einem sehr großen Grundstück.
Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft; man kann sehr weit ins Grüne schauen bzw. auf die hügelige Landschaft.
Das Haus ist sehr großzügig mit einer sehr gehobenen Ausstattung. Ebenso der Außenbereich mit dem tollen Swimmingpool; der kuscheligen Sitzecke; superschön. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und können bei Bedarf sehr schnell helfen. Ein ideales Feriendomizil mit einem sehr hohen Standard, das einen hohen Freizeitwert; Ruhe und Erholung bietet und keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir werden sicherlich nächstes Jahr dort nochmal hinfahren.
