2 Double bedrooms plus double divan in spacious living room. The kitchen and bathroom were modernised in Winter 2008. All year round accommodation, cosy and cheap to heat in winter, with wood burning stove, spacious and airy with double roof terrace offering sea views for outside living and barbecues in Summer. This property will attract those who wish to explore a variety of local bars, restaurants and green spaces, all within walking distance. Sophisticated restaurants and typical 'trattorie' in the heart of the old town offer a simple Mediterranean cuisine matched with the famous delicate white wines or the robust red wines of the region. During the summer there is a wide range of entertainment featuring music, street theatre, folk festivals and religious celebrations.

Cisternino overlooks the Itria Valley and is located between Ostuni and Alberobello. The origins of Cisternino date back to the 9th and 10th centuries. Cisternino is included in the 'Strada dei Vini' and the 'Strada dell' Olio' gastronomic trails. Using this as a base, you can visit Roman and Greek ancient historical sites or spend the warm sunny days on popular, sandy tourist beaches or in secluded coves and rocky inlets. A beach restaurant selling fresh local seafood is never far away. For serious shoppers, you can stock up on local wines and produce at the hypermarkets and shopping malls in Fasano and Messagne, each just a short drive away, or in the more traditional weekly farmers' markets in Cisternino and Ostuni.
