This well appointed family home sleeping 6 is in a quiet and convenient location close enough to the very popular resort of Puerto Alcudia to enjoy its comprehensive amenities but completely insulated from the lively holiday scene. All land & sea sports are readily available - superb golf courses, tennis, excellent waterside & mountain walks, water skiing, snorkelling, windsurfing & boat hire PLUS swimming a few minutes walk away or from one of the many beaches in the area. A variety of restaurants & shops, including several supermarkets are within easy reach, as is a twice weekly market in the interesting old walled town of Alcudia. The accommodation has three double bedrooms,one with a glorious bay view,three bathrooms,living room with balcony and bay view, kitchen and extra space for an occasional sitting room, kitchenette or play area.Small private garden.To enjoy the full potential of your holiday a hire car is advisable. The airport is 45 minutes drive on excellent roads.

Alcudia, the original Roman capital of Mallorca, is a delightful traffic free walled town with natural stone faced houses lining its narrow streets and a large market area. It has its port 2 kms away which like the town has good parking facilities and a huge variety of restaurants, tapa bars and shops. The traffic free waterfront looks on to the smart Marina, the fishing port and the harbour with daily ferries to Menorca (1 hour) and the Mainland. It is the start of a six kilometer long white sand beach with very safe swimming. Alcanada is a superior residential area close to the port with its own quiet waterside walks offering swimming and a select waterfront restaurant. It has probably the finest golf course on the Island (Trent Jones designed). Nearby are the other interesting towns of Pollensa, its Port, and Sa Pobla, a farming area untouched by tourism. Albufera and Son Real Nature Parks are very close with delightful walks, birdwatching and superb photo opportunities

  • The rent quoted is for 4 people.including children under 13. Each additional person is 200 euros per week (Children under 13 100 euros) in the High Season and 150 per week (Children under 13 75 euros) in the Low season.
  • DEPOSIT: A one hundred euro (€100) non-refundable deposit per week secures the booking which will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. BALANCE:The balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of the rental period or at the time of booking if within 8 weeks. The property is booked from 4pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure (this may be negotiable).
  • A food pack can be ordered to your specific requirements up to the day before your holiday begins and will be charged at cost.
