Wonderful vacation site

My wife, two kids (ages 6 and 10) and I spent an amazing two weeks at this house and we would return without question.
Location: the house could not be better located. We looked into many areas along the Costa Brava and visited many more when we were there. Based on proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants (easy walk), and the close driving distance to tons of towns (Begur and Pals, especially), we felt as if we were in the best possible location.
Photos: Photos of the house were accurate, and the yard had more grass than the photos show. Amenities were very nice, as pictured. The house was well-maintained and clean.
Kitchen worked out very well with everything we needed to prepare meals at home, and the bathrooms were newly remodeled and spacious. Beds were very comfortable.
Owner Eloi was friendly, welcoming and helpful, providing information on the surrounding area and, in one case, coming over to show me (again) how the lock worked on the side door.
Our kids loved the pool and the beach, in particular the small cove just to the left when you are facing the sea (swim around the rocks or walk up on the Ronda path).
The only slightly negative aspect for us was a lack of screens on the windows, though I understand these are very uncommon in Spain. During the hot spell, we could not open the windows at night when the lights were on inside because of the mosquitos. That said, we spent most nights out on the patio without getting bitten at all.
Two restaurant recommendations: COME on c/ Vilanova in Monells and Riera Hotel's restaurant in Peratallada. We had a memorable meal at each.
On balance, this house provided us an excellent base for two weeks and we would not hesitate to rent it again.
