This airy house has much to offer you. Although it is one bedroom house it is very spacious. The house is fully furnished. It has all the comforts you would expect to find and a little more! Praised by past visitors, our townhouse provides the ideal ‘home from home’ accommodation whether you want to be out touring all day, just chill out by the pool or sit and have drinks on our large sunny terrace. The terrace has great views of the sea and the mountains. We are situated on the much sought after Arcos de la Perla urbanisation, in an elevated position, which is at the quieter end of Benalmadena, although only minutes from all amenities. We are just minutes to the beach and a. This is an ideal base for your sun or golfing holiday. Beautiful landscaped gardens and a large pool make your holiday complete. Our apartment has many home comforts for your stay.

Benalmadena Costa has 9km of shoreline with beautiful beaches and tiny coves and a fully equipped marina for over 1,000 vessels. The marina offers sports such as diving and sailing. The marina boasts many international awards for design and functionality. Benalmadena Costa also has its own casino, night club and golf course. There is a garden of over 200,000 square metres, overlooking the sea. The La Paloma Park has a large lake, stocked with various water birds. Next to the park is the feria ground where the flea market is held. Benalmadena Pueblo (village) is located on the mountain side, an old, typical Andalucian village with steep, narrow streets and white-painted houses that retain a wealth of culture. The village has more than its share of attractions including museums, a castle, sports centre and a wide and varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The local countryside around Benalmadena offers excellent hill-walking, mountain biking and horse riding.
