  • £200 Refundable Security deposit
    Monthly Rate is £1800.00
    £250 non-refundable booking fee.
    Self Catering including cleaning. Cleaner can be arranged on a weekly basis.
    Payments by Credit/Debit Card Online (A minimal Card fee will be applicable for debit/credit cards which is highlighted prior to payment).
    Optional Checkout Cleaning Fee of £125 on Request
    £50 Late Check-in fee. This fee is payable if checking -in after 8:00pm or if you arrive at the apartment more than two hours later than the scheduled or agreed time.
    £100 Missed Check-in Penalty fee. If you do not turn up for check-in on the correct day, you will be automatically charged £100.00.
    £50 Re-entry fee. A charge of £50 is payable if you lock yourself out of the apartment and need to be let back into the apartment.
  • An ADDITIONAL £125 per week increase in December applies.
  • Check-in is at 2:00pm (14:00hrs)
    Check-out is at 12:00pm
    Late check-in Fee of £50.00 applies after 8:00pm or if later than 2hrs from the agreed time during the day i.e. 2:00pm-7:30pm

Sehr ruhige schön renovierte Wohnung in altem Vorstadthaus mit toller Wiesenparklandschaft in Fußnähe. Ideal um nach dem Trubel in London-City zu entspannen. Supermärkte ein paar Minuten entfernt, ebenso Bus und Bahn. Ca. 15 min bis zur Central-Line, halbe Stunde in die Innenstadt.
Bei Buchung bitte nach Töpfen und Pfannen fragen, Beschichtung war abgeblättert, rostig. Staubsauger hatte keine Saugkraft mehr. Sonst alles Top!
Owner's Response: Neue Töpfe und Pfannen sind jetzt gestellt. Eine ganz neue Staubsauger ist ebenfalls enthalten

Good and clean appartment, but some basic things are missing. As example : a good set of pans.

My partner and i stayed at this apartment during our stay in london back in feb .

The apartment was as stated : Plenty of space & tastefully decorated . We were working whilst we stayed there so spent most nights cooking dinner back at the apartment . We found it helpful to have a house which felt like being at home with a proper kitchen and dining area to eat in.

The tube station is about a ten minute walk away and there is a little welcome booklet the owner leaves there , which has a list of local taxi cabs nearby for you to call if you needed. Our experience with the holiday home owner was brilliant . He was very courteous and replied immediately to any enquiries we had .

Leytonstone isn't an area you would normally visit. But it was perfectly Safe and convenient for us to get back and forth to central london from. I would happily Re - book this house for any future visits and of course gladly recommend it to friends as well.

Pleasant days

We had some nice and pleasant days and we joined the apartment. It was clean and calm and comfortable. Some accesoires in the kitchen and a table could be helpful. At least we liked the place and we think to come back one day.

Great stay

We had a great stay. I knew the area and London quite well as I have lived there before so it was great to be back and meet friends, etc.
The flat is great even though I think it is a bit pricy for the area (but then again if you are renting for holidays and not monthly is not a bad deal I guess).
The neighbours are great and the street is nice and quiet. Everyone was really nice and it was great to see neighbours playing around with each other with the snow.
One thing, for someone that might want to cook, it should have a couple of more things, like a frying pan, bread knife, cutting knife and so on (which I know the landlord is putting now).
Apart from this, it is a great place to stay, the landlord is extremely nice and helpful and we will come again whenever we go back to London as long as he has availability.
Last comment I promise, have to say that it is not easy to do a proper cleaning while you are still in the flat (we were required to leave it clean), especially if you have a 2 months old child as we did and are leaving in the middle of the night to the airport.
