The apartment is 100m2. Front line beach, Sea view and luxury apartment for families or romantic couples. Excellent sunset views The penthouse is situated on the 1st floor of a private urbanisation with 2 swimming pools (one for babies) and private access to the beach from the gardens. It is a spacious and modern furnished with 2 big bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, a large living room with 3 +2 sofas, TV and dining area for 6 people. The modern kitchen has a fridge, freezer, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher. It has plenty of cutlery, glasses and whole service equipment. There is a separate utility room in the kitchen with washing machine, iron... Secure underground parking with lift access to the apartment is available. Air-conditioning (hot, cool) is provided.

Location: Benalmadena in Spain

The apartment is situated by de N-IV, main road to Marbella or Torremolinos, Málaga. You can easily reach a public transport as the bus line to find Puerto Deportivo de Benalmádena, Torremolinos or Marbella. You can find a relax area in the complex or if you prefer enjoying many different restaurants, pubs and dancing places, shops to visit just 2 kms along the promenade, in the marina and all along the coast. Tivoli World Theme park, cable car to the mountain, and the fabulous Paloma Park are easily to reach with a very short car or bus journey. Marbella, Puerto Banús are aproximately 30 minutes away and the picturesque white village of Mijas a 20 minutes car or bus ride. If you have children or like sea life, you will find in Benalmádena Sea Life aquarium where you can feed stingrays or see how sharks are fed; Selwo marina with dolphins and penguins. Near us, in Torremolinos or Fuengirola you will find a waterpark, zoo and crocodiles park.

Places of interest, excursions: There are a wide range of excursions you could enjoy. In any travel agency in The Costa del Sol, you can book Day trips to Gibraltar, Tangier, Ronda and Marbella. You could spend too a nice day hiring a car and making a fantastic trip to Seville, Granada or Cordoba which are about 2 hours driving away. There are some companies which operate boat trips to Málaga and Fuengirola from the port of Benalmádena.

Distances: 15 kms to Málaga airport. 45 kms to Marbella,. 108 kms to Gibraltar. 50 mts to the bus stop. 5 kms to train station. 4 Kms to the famous Puerto Marina (Puerto deportivo de Benalmádena).

The apartment was clean, spacious and peaceful. Everything worked fine. The location beside the see was very good. You could watch sunset and the see from the large balcony. The garden and the pool was well taken care off, beautiful and nice. And co-operation with the renter was great and she was very hospitable. We would stay there again without any hesitation and suggest renting it.

The location of the apartment was perfect. The apartment itself was equipped very well, and it was extremely comfortable. We really liked how the two bedrooms were separated with giving enough privacy for everyone. The huge balcony was the top of everything. Easy accessibility to the pool and beach was also big advantage. As it was not too close to the main busy area in Benalmadena, we could relax well.
Overall, we were very happy to choose this apartment to stay for a week. We really like to go back to South Spain in the future, and we definitely want to stay in this apartment for a longer period.
The weekly price and the feature of it was very well balanced!

I truly can recommend this property to anyone!!!
