The villa is newly built detached villa which has high quality. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (there is a circular jacuzzi in master bedroom's bathrooms), 2 saloons, a mezzainnette, a kitchen, a private swimming pool and a private garden and a garage. The villa has an excellent marina and bay view. It is located 1,5 km to the center of Yalikavak, where you will have shops, restaurants and supermarket. Villa is 17km to the center of Bodrum and 40km to the international airport, 2km to the most popular beach clubs which are also located in Yalikavak, 200m to the beach, 1km to marina. 3 km to the golf club, 400m to tennis courts.

Elegant Villa No:1 is Located in Yalikavak, 15 km far from the centre of Bodrum. This house is in a site of of 11 detached villas; it has 4 Bedrooms (3 double, 1 twin bedrooms),(bedrooms are with air-conditioning), 3 bathrooms (2 of them are en suite) plus 1 toilet with out a bath, a Jacuzzi, 2 saloons (one is with fire place and the other one is for viewing the magnificent bay) and a kitchen (with oven, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, cd player). It has a private garden and wonderful shared swimming pool overlooking to the excellent view. It is located at a wonderful situation; it has a great bay view with Greek Islands. It is located at the bay, which is world's 3rd bay suitable for sailing. It is 2 minutes far from the centre of Yalikavak and 3 minutes far (by car)from the Turkey's most popular 2 beach clubs, which are also located in Yalikavak. 4 minutes to the Yalikavak marina.
