It has a private garden and wonderful shared swimming pool overlooking to the excellent bay view with Greek Islands. It is located at the bay, which is world's 3rd bay suitable for sailing. It is 2 minutes far from the centre of Yalikavak and 3 minutes far (by car)from the Turkey's most popular 2 beach clubs. 1,5km to the Yalikavak marina, 5 hole academy golf course in 2 km distance, 18 hole course in 35 km, tennis court is in 1,5km.
