The villa is centrally located within the resort, just 30 meters walk from bars, restaurants and supermarkets. o­n the Mar Menor Resort you have the use of the 9 hole golf course, plus a free shuttle bus to the other Polaris World golf courses at La Torre and El Valle. A tennis court, gym, large community pool, hairdresser and medical centre are also available. Murcia City is 30 minutes drive from the resort, and Cartagena city just 10 minutes drive. In both places you will find plenty of excellent shopping. The lovely, family friendly beaches of the Mar Menor are just 5 minutes drive away.
