This immaculate spacious ground floor apartment is located with the prestigious Habitat Golf Area. With its own beautiful walled garden and extensive dining and lounge terrace overlooks a lagoon style child-friendly swimming pool (1 adult, 1 paddling pool) and well maintained tropical gardens. An added attraction is the communal, shaded BBQ area with its own al-fresco dining area, toilets and shower facility. This fantastic location is in the quieter side of Santa Ponça. Supermarkets, shops, bars restaurants and the beach are approximately a five to ten minute walk. Golf, tennis, fitness centres and spa are within a mile. There is something for everyone here, whatever age, and with the wonderful climate makes it ideal for family holidays, adult getaways and golf breaks.

Nearest Beach: beach at 500.0 Metres
Santa Ponsa is superb!!! A real family resort, with the focal point being the well kept sandy beach, with its safe shallow water, deck chairs, sunshades and beach bars. The apartment is only five minutes walk to the shops, beach and restaurants. For more lively entertainment then bars and nighclubs can be found 15 mins by foot. Santa Ponsa has its own small Marina and a Country Club (1 mile from the apartment) with its own spa, indoor/outdoor pool, fitness centre, tennis, restaurants and creche. A car is not necessary. Nevertheless should you have the urge to tour the Island, then there are plenty of car hire firms in the town where you could lease vehicles on an ad hoc basis. We have a dedicated parking space for your use adjacent to the apartment, within the gated community.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We work on a first come first served basis. Short breaks and long terms lets are available – prices on request.

    A 25% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking with the balance and a £200 security deposit due 8 weeks before arrival. The £200 security deposit will be refunded once the keys have been returned and our agents confirm that there is no damage to the apartment and that no excess cleaning was required.

    A charge of £50 will be deducted from the deposit for lost keys.

    With low cost airlines such as EasyJet and BMI Baby serving the island every day we have no designated change over day, and prices for non weekly stays will be confirmed by request.
  • For arrivals between the hours of 8pm - 8am a 50 Euro charge is payable directly to our agent upon arrival.

    We regret but we do not take bookings for single sex parties.

    The apartment must be vacated at 10am on date of departure, unless previously agreed.

    Names and dates of birth of all parties to be provided upon booking.

We were a group of ladies looking for a relaxing break away. The apartment was spacious and very well-equipped. Loved the garden. The complex itself was very quiet which was great for louging around during the day. Short walk to the sea front and a great selection of bars and restaurants. can't praise enough

The apartment is great,had everything we needed as a family.Its in a quiet residental area yet minutes walk to Santa Ponsa. The garden was fantastic too..plenty of room for our 3 boys to run around in.It contained all that we needed and more...we are delighted that we found this place for our holidays and would recommend it highly.
