Lovely 2 bedroom/1 bathroom, ground-floor apartment, only 1 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Playa de los Locos and its numerous bars and restaurants. The centre of Torrevieja is an easy 15-minute stroll away on the seafront promenade. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is hot and cold air-conditioning in the living room . Satellite TV English and Spanish programmes available free of charge. Also, DVD and Nintendo games player is available for your personal use. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom 2 single beds. The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all cutlery and crockery you need. Towels and bedlinen are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Beach chairs, sunbeds and parasols are provided as well. The appartment has a small outdoor pool, ideal to cool down on a hot summers day.

Playa de los Locos is a popular seaside suburb of Torrevieja, about 15 minutes walk from the city centre. It has a beautiful, long, sandy beach and many Spanish and international restaurants, bars, pubs and cafes where you can eat in a different place every day of your holiday including traditional Spanish tapas ( many overlook the sea.)Visit the outdoor market and the funfair near the harbour and later you can dance the night away in one of the dance bars and clubs along Torrevieja´s 'Disco Street'. Or if you prefer to take it easy why not have dinner ' al fresco' on your own terrace? Torrevieja´s fabulous climate makes it possible almost all year round! The buses run along the beachfront into Torrevieja town centre or, if you take the bus in the opposite direction, you can go to La Mata and Guardamar where there are more fantastic beaches and activities to choose from. There are grocery stores and supermarkets within walking distance and shopping centre a short drive away.

The room also has heating for the winter months and because of the light airy ceilings is lovely and cool in the summer. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe and mirror and bedside light. It also has a ceiling fan. There is also a travel cot available suitable for children up to 2 years old. There is also an extra quilt and pillow if people wish to sleep on the settee in the living room. All bedlinen is provided and bath and hand towels however we ask that you bring you own beach towels.

Torrevieja Water Park - Aquopolis Waterpark : The Torrevieja water park is one of the biggest water parks on the Costa Blanca, and is very popular with people of all ages. You may also hear it referred to as Torrevieja aqua park, Aquopolis in Torrevieja, Torrevieja aquapolis and Torrevieja water park .

Torrevieja beaches: The beaches at Torrevieja include Playa los Locos, Playa del Cura, Playa Naufragos and Playa del Acequion, all along the coast of Torrevieja town. There's also some more good beaches south of Torrevieja at Cabo Roig and La Zenia and if you go a few minutes north of Torrevieja, you'll find the excellent beaches of La Mata, (which is also called Torrelamata) and Guardamar del Segura, both also win the Blue flag awards every year for their cleanliness, safety and facilities etc.

Golf courses: Villamartin Golf Course About 10 or 20 minutes drive south from Torrevieja (depending on traffic). A quality course (once held the Mediterranean open) par 72, a must if you are in the area. To get there drive south along the N332 until you reach La Zenia roundabout, then turn right for just over a mile. Las Ramblas Golf Couse About 15 to 25 minutes drive from Torrevieja. Very tricky with loads of 'ramblas' gorges to drive into. Take your camera with you and a few extra balls! To get there drive south along the N332 until about 1 mile after the La Zenia roundabout, then turn right for just over a mile. Campoamor Golf Course About 15 to 25 minutes drive from Torrevieja. Nice open course, with palm trees, just as you imagine a spanish course should be. To get there drive south along the N332 until about 1 mile after the La Zenia roundabout, then turn right for just over a mile.

Other Activities: There are 3 18 hole golf courses within 20 minutes drive. Habaneras shopping centre a short drive away.

We have just got back from our 2-week holiday in this apartment, It is well equipped and easily spacious enough for two adults and two children. There are all sorts of beach equipment, games and books left for the renters to use. No need for a hire car as it is close to the town centre and REALLY 1-min. walk from a lovely, sandy beach, with shops and restaurants in the vicinity. I am already recommending this apartment to my family and friends. The pool is small, but lovely for all ages to cool down and was not busy at all during our stay.
