Villa Pachakis in Pitsidia for 4 persons approx. 100 square m living space, free-standing house, a big Garden with 500 m² , also around the house is ground about 3000 m². The house is located very calmly. The Villa Pachakis is built in this year 2006 under consideration of the traditional style and also with hewn stone in the traditional way. The house has a wonderful entry arch, with open wonderful and indescribable kitchen with big dining table openly to the living room with chimney and seat corner, Sat- TV, stereo set, visitors toilet with a washing machine. The stairs rise leads in the first bedroom with double bed, night cupboards and wardrobe. Stairs upwards is the second bedroom with wardrobe, double bed, night cupboards and a big dressing-mirror also here, all windows are mosquito net protected. On this upper floor you find the shower with toilet and washbasin and also the exit onto the terrace with wonderful wide look on Pitsidia and his hinterland.

Villa Efrossini, built in 2007, is situated within 600m2 of land on Melanouri Hill, on the outskirts of Pitsidia. Accessible via a private road, the villa boasts a garage, a 3.5m x 9m swimming pool, a garden with olive trees, banana palms and cacti, garden furniture, a barbecue area and a parasol. The sea is only 1000 m away. The owner, Mr Pachakis, loves working with natural stone, and his artistry can be seen inside and outside the house. Villa Efrossini has an inside space of 115m2 and is large enough for 4-5 people.

Pitsidia is a calm but not sleepy place.To the local centre there are only 2 to 5 minutes on foot. You would not need any car, you will find in the Village Pitsidia all what you need: Minimarkets, Baker's Shop, Restaurants, Souvenir shop, Flying Traders, Horse ride farm Car- and Bike Rental and so forth. The wonderful sandy beach Komo is to be reached in ca.20 minutes on foot. You have a car hire, that I organize to you with pleasure, you can look at excavations near as: Agia Triada, Gortis, Agia Deka, Phaistos and Matala. At strong wind you can find a swimming pool in Pitsidia at the campsite or also in Kalamaki a neighbouring place.

The stairs lead to the first floor with two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The bathroom offers a hydrospa bathtub, toilet and washbasin. A large terrace/ balcony stretches across the whole front of the house. Villa Efrossini has been furnished to a very high standard and, together with the beautiful garden, will not leave any wishes unfulfilled. Uniquely beautiful views, space and relaxation are waiting for you. However, the villa is close enough to the village so that you can do your shopping on foot as well as visit the local tavernas and restaurants for their Cretan delicacies. With its generous layout the house is ideal for children and, of course, the swimming pool offers fun and refreshment for adults and children alike.

  • The lower entrance is roofed over and invites guests to enjoy the views across the valley to Komos beach and the sea. The large kitchen has been fitted with all modern conveniences: a fridge-freezer, oven and hob, cooker hood, dish washer, food mixer, toaster, kettle, juicer and coffee machine. A large glass front with double doors leads to the roofed terrace, From here you also reach the large living room, which has been divided into a number of separate areas. A comfortable sofa next to an impressive stone hearth promises relaxation while viewing heavenly sunsets, listening to music or watching TV. The special dining area invites you to sample the delicacies of Cretan cuisine. A comfortable rest area with Cretan four-poster bed and a writing desk with internet connection complete the atmosphere. Notes: Pitsidia a place in front of the famous place Matala, a romantic, calm but not overslept place is. To the local centre there are only 2 to 5 minutes on foot, you do not absolutely need a car. You find here, minimarkets, a baker's shop, very delicious traditional restaurants, traders Flying , souvenirshop, the horse-farm Melanouri and one car and motorcycle-rental office. The one wonderful, calm, undeveloped, miles long, refined- and is coarse-grained sandy beach Komo is reached by foot, in about 20 minutes. It load for sunning, swim, snorkels and many further activities. You find restful natural shadow-places at some beach sections through Tamarisken (Trees) and friends of the free physical culture can enjoy their penchant at a section of the Komos-beach.

Wir sind Kretaliebhaber und waren dieses mal 14 Tage 2007 in diesem Traumhaus und haben nichts vermißt. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, die Verwalterin steht für alle Fragen und Tourtipps zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und gepflegt. Der Pool mit Meerblick atemberaubend, die Lage in Idylle und nicht abgelegen vom Dorf Pitsidia oder vom Sandstrand Komo.
Wir kommen wieder im August und wieder in die Villa Efrossini!

Wir war schon zum zweiten Mal in Pitsidia und es war immer super. Das Haus Pachakis ist sehr komfortabel und Pitsidia ist einfach wunderbar, genau der richtige Platz für Leute, die Ruhe suchen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
