Lounge /Diner combined area which faces the Aitana Mountain range with wonderful views and also terrace and sliding doors off the dining area. Furnished to high standard with SAT TV/DVD provided for guest use. Kitchen - Large, modern, fully fitted kitchen with double stainless steel sink, fridge freezer and gas combi boiler, Electric ceramic hob and cooker built in,Fully fitted wooden units with extractor fan.and microwave. Sun Terrace - Enter the villa via the large sun terrace which overlooks the garden, pool and beautiful vistas of the mountains. The garden - courtyard style with terracotta tiles surrounded by pine trees and with feature pool. Built in brick BBQ. Bedrooms - master bedroom with en suite bathroom,two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes 3 large bathroom with shower/wc (inc en suite bathroom and shower room) I separate toilet TV room in basement with Sky. THE AREA The area is ideally placed for the nightlife and beaches of Benidorm, Altea and Albir and only a few minutes drive in the opposite direction to the outstanding scenery of the mountains called Sierra Aitana. The villa itself faces the mountain called Puig Campana and is popular with local climbers. Guadalest, the Fonts del Algar and Jalon Valley are all close by but you will need a car to reach these areas TRANSPORT There is a regular bus service to and from Benidorm run by the Alsa bus company. The route follows the C70 and drops in the Levante area of Benidorm. A Benidorm taxi will take you to La Nucia after a night out in town but you will pay a premium for late night taxis. Rental cars are best booked before hand for collection at the Airport. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS.
