We have a small (25 SQ M) apt on a quiet street five minutes walk from the beach, shops and buses ready for your holiday. The property is unique as it is situated as part of an old French bourgeoise villa that is completely modernized on the inside. You have your own entrance, a sunny garden with a table and chairs, a little kitchen with a stove, large refrigerator,and a small shower room. Accommodation is for one or possibly two people. There is a single bed with a clic/clac bed for a second person. We are asking 225 euros a week for the high season (June- Oct) and 175 for the winter months. Utilities are included except in the case of a long term lease. The studio is a perfect little nest for seeing all the Cote d'Azur has to offer.

Nice has endless attractions in the way of dining,museums,day trips and night life. Here in our location,you don't need a car. The brand new bike system lets you rent a bike for as little as 1 euro and return it to another location in the town. The town is equipped for bikes with the best trails going right along the sea. Buses run regularly and provide quick and easy access to the train station for day trips to Cannes, Antibes, Eze, and Monte Carlo as well as market day in Italy right across the border. Trips to the mountain villages (Breil, Tende, Entreveax...).can be accessed by special local trains. At the bus stop 10 minutes away, you can catch the express bus to the airport or nearby towns as well as the old town of Nice. In Winter the ski slopes are only 45 minutes away or in summer the beach is 10 minutes walk away. There is something for everyone. Take advantage of the excellent weather in November which is particularly mild this year.

Additional information about rental rates

  • For the high season of June - Oct. we will charge a daily rate of 33 euros a day, utilities included. For Nov-March the charge is 25 euros a night and for April and May 28 euros a night. October is included in our high season as it is one of the most months of the year here in Nice.
    Starting in the month of Oct we charge 500 a month (not including utilities) for a stay of three months or longer or the weekly rates above.
  • The only additional charge is the cleaning/security deposit which can also be counted as the reservation deposit that is put into paypal. At the end of your stay if everything is left tidy and in good order, that money is returned to you.

  • The bathroom is a simple tiled room with a sink, shower and toilet . We have added a small washing machine in the shower room.

  • The main room has a single bed. A clic clac bed or foam bed is used for a second person. The street is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle as it is on a cul de sac. We furnish freshly washed cotton linens for the bed and cotton towels including beach towels on request. There is a parasol and mats for the beach and a beach bag to carry down to the sea when the sea is fine. The weather is still mild now even at the end of November. Today I bought a little radio, ipod, mp3 player for the apartment. The oranges are beginning to ripen for everyone to enjoy and the leaves are turning red and gold on the vines. The starlings are chattering in the cypress across the street. It feels like the country in the town.

Damage/security deposit/ reservations: Damage deposit for summer is the equivalent of 2 nights stay refundable on departure. To reserve your time slot, we ask that you pay your damage deposit amount into a paypal account. That is 66 euros in the high season of June, July, August and Sept. or 50 euros in the remaining months. This way you are insured of your reservation. If you fail to arrive, this deposit is non- refundable. With a longer stay of three weeks or more, the deposit is adjusted and refundable.

Bus from airport or train: To get to your apartment from the airport we advise the 23 bus from Terminal one at the Nice international Airport. If you come in on terminal two there is a free shuttle to terminal one. The bus is one euro. Check the number of stops (approximately 9) at the bus stop or stand next to the driver so he can signal your stop at Av de Fabron. The distance from the train is also about nine stops. The buses from the station (Gare) are the number 12 and the 23 to the stop, Av de Fabron.

A bigger flat ready now: We are getting our big flat together for holiday rentals. Right now it has a queen sized bed and all the extras of the studio but its 58 sq meters large, a 2 bedroom with liviing room, kitchen and bathroom and sunny terrace. For the moment you can have that apt for only 100 euros more a week or 325 euros.... Offer good only until we have time to advertise and refit the new flat for more people.
