Luxurious semi-detached villa on the 1st fairway of the beautiful Boavista Golf Club, just 5 minutes from Lagos in the Algarve, Portugal. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 6. It is ideal for two couples/families with two double bedrooms and a twin-bedded room. The villa enjoys separate sky t.v. to the 42' plasma TV in the living room and to the an lcd TV in each of the double bedrooms. The master bedroom is huge, with two double wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom, it also enjoys a splendid balcony overlooking the golf course, Lagos and the Atlantic. The second bedroom also has en-suite facilities and a balcony looking out to the swimming pool area. The twin-bedded room is downstairs with a separate shower room. There is a beautiful living room with dining and lounge areas and sliding doors on to the patio/ lawn area, next to the golf course - furniture for 6 to dine, barbecue and sunloungers. Last but not least, a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances.

The balcony of the master bedroom extends across the width of the villa and overlooks the golf course. The balcony of the second bedroom is smaller and overlooks the gardens and the swimming pool area. The master bedroom has two very ample mirrored wardrobes, the second bedroom has one large mirrored wardrobe - as has the downstairs bedroom. This downstairs bedroom has twin beds and a separate shower room. Both upstairs bedrooms have lcd TV's with separate sky channels. All bed linen and towels are provided
