A simple but well equipped family holiday home with beautiful views over the village of La Garde Freinet and surrounding forrests. 2 Double bedrooms and bathroom on ground floor and 1st floor bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 3rd pull out bed suitable for children plus bathroom. Separate WCs on both floors. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Living/dining room with 2 sets of French windows leading to terrace and garden. Utility room opening onto terrace and views to village. Private 10 metre pool set in recently enlarged and landscaped garden with automatic watering. Pool on same level as house and easy to monitor children in pool. Modern pool alarm just installed.Boules pitch. Electric gates ensure complete privacy and security. 5 mins walk from lovely unspoilt village with 2 small supermarkets,paper shop and restaurants.Twice weekly markets with huge variety of local produce. Easy reach of beaches, St. Tropez etc. English caretaker lives in village.

Also located within a 30 mins drive are a water park, fair ground and horse riding.
