A newly renovated villa just finished, this is a stunning villa finished to the highest standard set in the foothills of the Sibillini’s just outside Amandola which is in the 'Golden Triangle' of Marche every modern convenience including four bedrooms two twins and two doubles all are en-suite, high quality fittings and appliances throughout. This villa is only let during the limited summer period period as it is primarily used by the owners who are unable to use it then, so great for anyone who wants luxury designed for owners rather than an ordinary holiday let. So treat yourself to a villa just lovingly looked over by the owners. There is no swimming pool until next year so it has been priced to reflect this but for a very low rental you will be getting a stunning villa.

Ascoli Piceno, the region’s capital, is only an hour’s drive and well worth a visit to see the churches, museums and the Piazza del Popolo, one of Italy’s finest town squares. For the lovers of opera, Macerata is also only a short drive.The property is also only fourty minutes drive from the beaches of the Adriatic. Local festivals include the Chestnut Festival in Monte San Martino, the Truffle and Fungi Festival in nearby Amandola and the Flower Festival in Servigliano. In summer Fano has a festival known as 'Fano dei Cesari', where for a week people dress in Roman tunics, drive chariots and do battle with barbarians from Norway. The annual Opera Festival 'Stagione Lirica' in Macerata is held at the Sferisterio in July and August. This open air venue for opera is second only to Verona.
