It is an ideal base for the adventurous and their outdoor pursuits but also offers tranquility with excellent access for touring the beautiful surrounding areas -The El Chorro lakes, Ronda, Granada, Seville and Gibraltar.Plenty of history in the nearby whitewashed villages. Roman Spa facilities are close by at Caratraca. Beaches and coastal activities are within easy reach by car or train. Frequent reliable train service to Malaga, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Fuengirola and beyond. The village of Pizarra has a selection of bars, restaurants, discos, supermarkets, shops, an information bureau, banks and a post office and is an ideal retreat for all ages as it has something to offer everyone.

Accommodation and descriptuin very faithful and correspond to description. John and Pat made us feel home. Very friendly couple and very helpful providing tips and information on what we needed.
Very restful location outside the crowd and yet very close to everything: towns, beach, etc.. (car required).
Excellent service! If I go back to the area, I will surely choose the same property (but outside summer! summer too hot in Spain/.Andalusia)

Great place + friendly owners = superb holiday. We can recommend this villa for all who want spend chill-out holiday in Spain. Good accomondation plus big and clear pool together with nice panaromatic view at suroundings create very good base for relaxation. Villa is also very well situated, from this point you can make trips all over Andalusia, nothing isn´t far (max. 2 hours by car, the car is essential). We spend here 2 weeks and we were very satisfied. Thank you Pat and John :-)

Excellent location for exploring the the surrounding countryside. 30 mins from the lakes with stunning views. Handy for local shops and bars in Pizarra but a car is essential.
Villa is excellent for just chilling out and relaxing and just taking it easy. Pool is lovely, clean and clear.
Villa is well appointed with TV, microwave, gas hob ,fridge freezer etc... plus free use of push bikes.
Excellent location as a base for walkers and cyclists.
Pat and John are a smashing couple, very friendly and they leave you to get on with your holiday, giving advice only when needed.
All in all we had a really fantastic time and would highly recommend a week or two here not to mention good value for money!
