This 2 storey, terraced, spacious villa is located within a gated secure complex with a swimming pool landscaped into the gardens offering the perfect conditions for a family holiday. Situated on the Cascais coast under 10 minutes drive into the centre. It is perfectly suited for up to six people. All modern appliances with home from home facilities. Perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the local area, Lisbon and Sintra. There is a small supermarket nearby and a typical café where you can join the locals for a small coffee 'bica' and a sandwich 'tosta mista' at breakfast time or have a plate of the day at lunch time. Alternatively, just stroll down for your morning bread. There is a frequent bus service which goes from the local supermarket to the centre of Cascais. Within a 10minute drive, there are many walking routes in the mountains (parts of it protected by World Heritage) behind Cascais.

  • Prices are for the property per week. DISCOUNTED RENTAL RATES FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS (1 MNTH +)
    4 Night minimum stay depending on season.
    25% Deposit payment to secure booking.

    Cleaning costs, linen & bathroom towels included in rental price.
    Rental of travel cot and or baby high chair per week: €15 each.
    Supplement for cot linen: baby pillow with pillow case, mattress protector, top and bottom sheets, blanket or duvet with cover.
    We can accept payments by cheque in Euros or bank transfer in GBP or Euros. We can also accept deposit payments via PayPal (credit cards accepted through PayPal) in US Dollars.
  • We can provide a starter hamper for a small supplement – email us for a quote.
    We arrange golf packages and offer special rates on green fees to our self catering guests. It may be possible to play with local ex-pats on one of the many excellent golf courses surrounding Lisbon and Cascais. Just email us asking for our offers.
    In addition, whilst the golfers are playing a round of golf, we could arrange to take non-golfers on a day excursion . See our tours section (walking tour of Lisbon, Obidos, Sintra or many more options)
    Our accommodation prices include bed linen, bathroom towels & the final clean. We can provide additional cleaning on a daily basis at a charge of €.7.00 per hour (two hour minimum)
    Save space in your suitcases for all the shopping you want to take home. Beach towels and beach umbrellas are available to rent at €7.50 per item per week.
