Apartment is located in quiet area in Kapparis, only 10mins walk from local nightlife where several excellent restaurants and bars stay open all year round as well as a large supermarket. Nearest sandy beach is a 15 minute walk (800metres) away. The larger beach resort of Protaras with many extra attractions i.e. Fig Tree Bay & the more 'livelier' Protaras 'strip' is only a 10 minute drive or bus ride away. The nightlife, water park and famous Nissi & Adams beach areas of Agia Napa is about 20 mins drive away. Picturesque village of Paralimni with its squares, churches and all year round tavernas is only 10 mins drive away. Nearly all the local beaches have strictly controlled water sports facilities, all have the blue flag EEC award. Apartment is ideally located to explore local areas including the famous Famagusta 'ghost town' & Northern Cyprus.

  • TERMS: None refundable deposit of £150 on booking confirmation.
  • £100 security deposit required with final balance payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

    This covers against any major breakages requiring repairs to be carried out prior to next letting, also excessive utility usage i.e. electricity, water. This bond will be refunded within 10 days of property being vacated and is subject to an apartment inspection by our property management team - the bond does not encompass / include crockery, glasses, cups etc as we are well aware accidental breakage of these items are common.

    Should rental dates cross into a different period i.e. Low into Mid or Mid into High then the total rental amount will be calculated on a pro rate nightly basis for each period
  • Please Note: We do not accept bookings for Hen or Stag parties.

There is an information file to help you find best restaurants, bars, supermarkets and tourist attractions. The property management team are British and live locally and are available to help with any problems. For stays of 2 weeks a towel and linen change will be made after 7 days on request. Please bring your own beach towels, all else is provided

Local Area: You will find the locals in the area particularly friendly and welcoming. The area benefits from a very low crime rate - locals still do not lock their cars! Hygiene and restaurant standards are extremely high, most food is grown locally and is extremely fresh. There are several tavernas & Resturants in Kapparis that are just a 10/15 mins walk which include local Cypriot, Chinese, Italian & English, all serving good quality food. Major sports events including Premiership football games are shown on large TV screens in the local bars.

Spent two weeks here in June and had a great time. The weather was perfect as was the apartment and pool. The apartment was very spacious, immaculately clean and right next to the swimming pool. The children (10 & 8) made friends with other familys and didn't want to get out of the pool so it was very relaxing for us adults. We ate out most nights but cooked once or twice and everything we needed was provided. All in all it was a wonderful holiday and I would definitely reccommend it to others.

Myself and family had a two week break using this apartment. The apartment was very spacious, bright and airy and in immaculate condition. All of the rooms are large and comfortable, the master bedroom is enormous! 3 bathrooms so no waiting for showers, which were also provided just outside by the poolside if needed.

I would suggest a hire car to get around as although there are minimarkets in the local village they are pricey, its best to travel further into Paralimni to the larger supermarket there to do your shopping.

The kitchen and dining facitlities provided mean that it's easy to cook if you prefer to stay in, we certainly did when we were exhausted by the overwhelming heat.

There are plenty of places to eat and drink in the area, its about 20 mins walk to the village and our particular favourites were the Wooden Crest and Faliros - although Faliros is slightly more expensive, the food and service is second to none! I would certainly recommend any future guests to try them out.

The proximity of the apartment to the pool was excellent, the pool itself was large and clean as were all the surrounding areas on the complex.

The local beaches were lovely, some provide watersports wereas others are mainly for sun bathing 2.50euros each for a sunlounger and each parasol though.

We also had a trip to the waterpark in Aya Napa which is brilliant - again its pricey 38euros each as at July09 but well worth evey cent, the rides are thrilling!

Its also worth going to see the 'Ghost Town' of Famagusta whilst there as its only 5 mins away.

We had a lovely time whilst there, I have to admit there's not much for teenagers to do so can be a bit boring, but for younger children it's ideal. Adults will certainly relax whilst there - I would certainly go back and recommend it to friends.

A fab Family Holiday

We had a fab weeks holiday with all the family.
The discription
was very accurate, the beach and shops were within walking distance.

The apartment definately had the wow factor, the layout was ideal for a family of 6 and a baby, the facilitties and furnishings far exceeded my expectatons everything required was available even the cot and bedding for the baby.

The apartment was imacculate everything was clean and tidy, the complex was also very well maintained, I could not find fault at all. You can tell this is well maintained also everything worked perfectly.

The owner arranged the transfer to and from the airport for us and kept us informed of everything all the way. There was a very useful folder with all local information and restaurants.

I have recommended this property to friends.

The swimming pool in the complex is wonderful well used by all, the baby pool was loved by my 6month old grandson.

We ate in the apartment more than expected because the facilities were so good however we did go to the china house restraurant very good, Just Italian was very popular with the locals fab food, the local pubs all served very nice food.
