The spacious (200 sq metre) contemporary villa with its own swimming pool is set in beautifully landscaped gardens with off street parking. The open-plan interior includes a modern well-appointed kitchen, a downstairs toilet, a stylish dining area and comfortable sitting area with two sets of double doors leading onto the terrace and pool. Upstairs, the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe has its own balcony with sea views and two further twin bedrooms with built-in wardrobes share a family bathroom and complete the accommodation. Bedroom 1 with double bed,fitted wardrobe, full-width balcony with sea views. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, fitted wardrobe. En-suite shower room and WC to bedroom 1. Family bathroom with bath/shower over and WC. Separate downstairs shower and WC. Kitchen:Contemporary fitted kitchen with work surfaces, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,washing machine.

You are spoilt for choice when using the villa as your holiday base. Closest beach, just 2 minutes stroll, is Malama Bay with water sports and facilities available to the public at the adjacent Malama Hotel. Fireman's Beach is also a 5 minute walk away, and in between the two, on the coastal path you'll find an number of secluded bays to choose from. Just 15 minutes away by car are the famous Fig Tree Bay with long white sandy beaches, water sports, gorgeous Nissi Beach, beautiful Connos Bay. Just 40 minutes drive from Larnaca Airport (65km), the villa is well placed and is very easy to find with clear instructions provided by the owner on booking. It is also accessible by flights via Paphos airport which is just two hours drive away along the main road. Car hire is recommended and the airport has outlets for all of the major hire companies so you easily make arrangements before you travel, either for collection at the airport or in resort.The centre of the village is only 2 minutes.
