we had the best vacation ever. The views are simply breathtaking.
The villa has everything you could ask for with a pool and the best sunsets.Our kids jenny, mike and frank had a terrific time . Our only problem arose when we had to leave not enough time.
We would definately come back and will recommend it to all our frriends.

Wir (2 Erw./ 4 Kinder 4/7/9/11) haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa San Giovanni verbracht.

Das Haus entspricht sehr genau der Beschreibung/Fotos und ist durch das separate App. im Keller mit eigener Küche sogar für 2 Familien gut geeignet. Der private Pool ( nicht separat eingezäunt) ist sauber und gepflegt. Badezimmer/Duschen sind klasse.

Der Blick von der Terasse ist wirklich einzigartig !!!!!!!!!!!

Durch das abgetrennte Grundstück (sogar mit eigener Zufahrt) ist man für sich und bekommt von den anderen Gästen auf der kleinen Anlage Podere Ampella nicht viel mit. Die Anlage liegt allerdings relativ nah an der mäßig befahren Straße.

Paola und Robert wohnen direkt auf der Anlage und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein.
Insektenschutzgitter vor den Fenstern fehlen leider.
Es steht nur ein Sonnenschirm für Terasse und Pool zur Verfügung.

Nur ca. 5 min entfernt ist das Ristorante del Castello in San Giovanni D Asso (unbedingt den Hauswein probieren). Sehr empfehlenswert.
Montalcino ist in ca. 15 min erreichbar. Sinalunga in ca. 20 min.

Die Villa San Giovanni ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder hinfahren.
