Ocean View is a Large Luxury Villa [450m2] situated in the quiet area of El Chaparral Golf Resort,with its own large private pool and mature gardens with ample parking. There are spectacular panoramic sea views.The beach is only 3 minutes walk. Fuengirola is only 5 minute drive away, Marbella is 20 minutes drive. Malaga airport is 30 minutes drive. The Villa has 3 large bedrooms two en-suite with separate large bathroom, all finished to a high standard. Air-conditioning and marble flooring throughout the house. Large kitchen leading onto balcony area overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The pool house downstairs has its own patio and garden which leads to the large 14M x 7M pool with outdoor shower.
