This chateau lies in Southern France, in the Dordogne, near Sarlat. Set in 20 acres of arcadian grounds, it has two pools, a steam room, a trampoline, a snooker table, deer, goats and donkeys! Three luxurious and elegant properties with 7, 8 and 2 bedrooms are available for exclusive hire together for groups of up to 34. The domain comprises of 17 double or twin bedrooms in 3 separate but proximate properties. 15 have en-suite bathrooms. 4 rooms have four-poster beds.The chateau (with the pigeonnier) can be rented on its own or in conjunction with la maison du parc. Each property has its own private garden and pool. Each property has its own washing machine, living room, and fully-equipped kitchen. The chateau has internet access and the Maison du Parc has a fax. Although mostly built in the 17C, the castle dates back to the 12thC.

The chateau is surrounded by wooded hills and hidden valleys; vineyards, walnut groves and orchards; fields of maize and sunflowers and farms producing foie gras; towering châteaux and ancient villages and towns - a landscape steeped in history. There is a quality of life here: old values still exist together with the benefits of modern living and the people are open and welcoming. Almost everywhere you go are restaurants ranging from family run country ones to gastronomic - all at reasonable prices.
